Karen Documentary Collection : three films from Kaw Lah films
Which Way Home? (2007 - 59 min, )
Examines life for Karen refugees after they resettle in Australia. The film was created to better inform refugees in Thailand about the realities of life in a third country so that they might make more informed choice about whether to resettle or not.
Cease!Fire! (2004 - 49 min, )
Karen leaders go to Rangoon to meet with Burma Army leaders to negotiate a ceasefire. The film then returns to Karen State to see whether or not the Burma Army honors the ‘gentleman’s agreement’. More broken promises, more broken lives.
